I try to mark the sunscreen ingredients in red and other possible irritants in lilac. Ingredients thought to be good and useful for skin I mark green. Learning as I go, google is my friend etc...
Very fluid, starts absorbing and disappearing immediately when rubbed. |
Thoughts:
- Leaves skin medium level shiny, I would say. Not a disco ball, but I need powder if I want to look presentable.
- Because it is so fluidy, it is difficult to eye ball a correct measure. I can see people using easily too little (tiny amount spreads so well) or way too much (I am able to layer this many times)
- Have to remember to shake the bottle and be careful when opening it, it spills a bit for me
+ Mild fragrance, first I smelled alcohol and soon almost nothing.
+ Doesn't feel greasy to the touch.
+ Zero white cast (no physical filters)
+ Easy to layer a lot, doesn't pill on itself.

+ Interestingly, it doesn't feel drying, even when I am using retinoids. Contains alcohol denat.
+ Works under all the make up products that I have. No pilling, caking, etc.
+ So far, hasn't irritated my eyes (I don't apply on eye contour however) even during summer. Seems to stay put quite well, doesn't seem to migrate a lot.
+ Doesn't feel clogging. And my skin gets clogged easily.
* I just bought this sunscreen, so can't give a proper review just yet. But thought to post photos anyway because I tried to google before purchasing and couldn't find much. This is a new product, yes? I don't remember seeing it last summer... but I'm not sure. The description is a bit like La Roche Posay's famous Shaka Fluid that I haven't tested yet. EDIT: I have updated my review.
* Next I'll test this one with different base makeup products and outside while running and sweating.
* I've been avoiding things with alcohol but now with better skin barrier and routine I'll try again! No irritation yet.
