Ingredients:
Aqua/Water, Glycerin, PEG-200 Hydrogenated Glyceryl Palmate, Coco-Betaine, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Polysorbate 20, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Citric Acid, Cocamide Mea, PEG-55 Propylene Glycol Oleate, Polyquaternium-11, PPG-5-Ceteth-20, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Hydroxide, Vitis Vinifera Fruit Water/Grape Fruit Water.
I try to mark the sunscreen ingredients in red and other possible irritants in lilac. Ingredients thought to be good and useful for skin I mark green. Learning as I go, google is my friend etc...
Thoughts:
- Stings eyes! Be careful!
- The first couple of times I used it I felt my skin was a bit dry afterwards, then the feeling just went away and it doesn't happen anymore?
- Should be used within 6 months from opening (I seem to be frugal by nature and everything lasts forever!)
+ The pump bottle is great, not flimsy at all and dispenses a perfect amount at a time
+ Cleanses very, very well in my opinion, actually the best out of the cleansers I have used (which is not many)
+ Gets rid of eye make up, stubborn primers and everything, however my eye make up is not usually heavy and I rarely wear lipstick
+ Can be used on its own to double or triple cleanse... don't really need oil cleanser first to remove anything, just gently wash my face twice with this gel (good for lazy days, drunk evenings, travelling...)
+ Good for combination skin, doesn't dry my cheeks but also at the same time effectively takes off oil on my T-area, it's not too light or too heavy
+ No fragrance, slight no-smell smell, hospital-like?
+ Doesn't irritate

* When I first tried this cleansing gel, it didn't excite me very much, and still I feel it's a bit boring as a product but hey, it works!
* I actually was going to buy a micellar water but while looking at the products, I went for this one instead! Then several months later forced myself to buy the micellar water as well, because curious
* I don't know if Garnier Gel Wash actually soothes the skin as it promises on the package but I do think it's suitable for sensitive skin. Maybe people with very, very dry skin should use caution because of my first reaction?
* I hope this doesn't get discontinued! It's very reliable non-fuss product
* I think oil cleanser + micellar gel wash is an excellent combo and I'll keep doing it until I find something better, maybe I'll get another bottle of baby oil for heavy eye and lip make-up because I still haven't found anything else near as gentle and effective for that

Yes, I would definitely recommend to try Garnier Micellar Cleansing Gel Wash! Cleanses well, doesn't irritate sensitive skin, better than Garnier Micellar Water (in my own opinion), lasts a long time and easy to use pump bottle.
